
Whats up!?
When you ride a bike, you burn off alot of calories. not just a few, but ALOT. When you ride all day, you get hungry, no matter what, or how often you eat, your gonna be hungry, all day. Im pretty sure that i ate the most on sunday that i have eaten in my life. my diet consisted of this:
Breakfast: hash browns, 3 biscuts with gravy, milk
Snack: Crunchy roll at full moon
Snack/lunch: a large little ceasars pizza (by myself)
Dinner: my girlfriends mom's delicious beef stroganoff w/bread
Snack: Yogurtland after the hb ride
Dinner II: Fiesta Pack at Del Taco, consisting of; 6 bean and cheese burritos and 6 soft tacos, this was split between chris and i. i ate 6 soft tacos and 2 bean burritos.
When you ride, you gotta eat!
